Chef Gopal, who worked for high-end hotels in different countries for more than 20 years, brought authentic and traditional food from the northwestern part of India to the Durham region. The word “Balti“ means Bucket in Hindi, and at our Indian restaurant, Chef Gopal serves the aromatic curry in a copper bucket.
